October Is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Cancer is a topic nobody ever wants to deal with or talk about. The deadly C has affected everyone at some point during their life's. Cancer has worked its way into my life three times in my 40 years on this earth, and each time it was heart wrenching for me to watch my loved ones suffer and lose their battles with this deadly disease. I felt so powerless when I was watching them suffer. The powerless feeling just made me angry. Was there something I could do to help this person? At that point there was nothing I could do. The past few years there has been huge leaps and bounds in the fight against cancer with the use of stem cells from menstrual blood. One day this new research may save a person that you hold dear to your heart. In honor of breast cancer awareness month Cryo-Cell International, Inc and The National Institutes of Health have joined forces to research the use of menstrual stem cells to treat breast cancer. In honor of Breast Cancer awareness month Cryo-Cell is generously donating to Susan B. Komen Foundation. For every purchase of the Protect Baby, Protect Mom service a donation of $50.00 will be made, and for every purchase of the C’elle Menstrual Stem Cell service a $25.00 donation will be made. If you have a loved one that is having the biggest fight of their life with Cancer please take some time to look into Cryo-Cell and stem cell research. It might very well save their life. With a C'Elle Breast Cancer Donation you could be saving a life. Stop by and help a person in need with Cyro-Cell Breast Cancer Donation.

Love this post,as it gets to the heart of what NBCAM is all about -- raising awareness and working toward a cure. On the awareness front, thought I’d like to share these 30 sec cancer and breast cancer related videos -- http://www.ahamoment.com/pg/voting?moment=pmbbmea -- click to vote for one or all, as the top vote getters in the contest will be aha moment TV commercials next year. More media exposure, especially personal stories and not just ribbons, would be a good thing. The first round of voting ends Oct 15, so click early and often!

Thx,
